The E&I Touchdown once again showcased the innovative projects our students worked on in the past semester. Whether with project partners or in the Garage course, the stage belonged to big ideas, strong speakers and inspiring projects.

After an inspiring keynote by DDr. Michael Tojner (eXplore!) about the importance of bold entrepreneurship, we kicked off the night with our MBAs. Peter Lang answered rapid-fire questions about his excellent thesis on "Autonomous AI-powered Agents in Customer Service - From Cost Center to Growth Engine".

Afterwards, we kicked off the Knock-Out Round of our Bachelor students, where 22 projects were presented in elevator pitches. The jury, consisting of Ivan Barok (pwc), Michael Beitl (Austrian of the Year, Kern Tec), Maja Csűrös (Winner of the last E&I Touchdown), Hinnerk Hansen (EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Impacthub), Sofie Quaranta (Airport Vienna), Mathias Schubert (Schubert Creatives), and Daniela Wagner (Montanatech), chose the Top 8 teams, who then moved to the battle in which the audience determined the winner: Una Luce McKenna for her project team and partner PSA.  

We also witnessed an exciting battle between the two best SIMC teams of our GATE program, where SpinCell with Fabian Bergmann pitching emerged as a winner.
