blue cherries network is pioneering the DACH family leisure market, connecting families with businesses to improve accessibility and discovery of leisure activities. Leading the sector with over 14 million impressions and 5 million users, it effectively boosts visibility for service providers, creating a win-win ecosystem. Guided by a team of experts in sales, IT, and marketing, blue cherries distinguishes itself in a competitive market with its one-of-a-kind AI-driven platform and broad network.

With a market potential of over 13.9 million family households and 517,000 leisure businesses in the DACH region alone, blue cherries stands as an innovative solution to the dynamic needs of families and leisure activity companies. Amidst a competitive landscape, the company's unique approach and strategic leadership are driving a new era in family leisure, making it an essential player for those seeking family leisure activities.

Goal

The goal of this project was not only to create a professional and concise business plan and presentation that blue cherries can use for future investor pitches. It was also to analyze blue cherries, the market, and the customers to successfully identify its true value and potential.

Methodology

Creating a valuable business plan for blue cherries network involved thorough market research to pinpoint industry trends. We enhanced this with in-depth interviews with B2B customers and potential customers, multiple strategy meetings with founder Andreas Schober, and consultations with industry experts on marketing, financials, and customer value propositions. This comprehensive approach resulted in a persuasive business plan and presentation.

Results

The most valuable findings were communicated through a 30-minute final presentation and a 50-page business plan. This included a problem-solution fit, strategic analysis of the market, marketing & sales, project milestones, and finally financial projections as to what the future of blue cherries looks like and why it will succeed.
The biggest finding was that blue cherries’ solution is effective for companies, and families enjoy the ease of finding appropriate leisure activities.
