"Synthetification of communication and its impact on corporate communications"| Ansgar Zerfass |17:00; D2.2.228

Abstract

Recent research shows that a growing proportion of today’s communication is created, disseminated, and shaped by automated (and often hallucinating) systems that increasingly outperform established actors. This creates a new context for corporate communications. The talk introduces the ‘synthetification of public communication’ as an analytical lens for research and outlines strategies to address the resulting challenges in practice.
