Position at IIB, other positions and academic career

Anna joined the Institute for International Business as a Research and Teaching Associate in October 2023. She is a CEMS MIM/MSc. graduate from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) and Keio University in Tokyo, Japan. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration at WU Vienna with specializations in Public and Nonprofit Management and Change Management and Management Development. After her studies, Anna gained industry experience in financial and operation management at high tech start-ups in Vienna and Milan.

Research interest

Anna's research interests center on nonmarket strategies, such as corporate political activities and corporate social responsibility, in emerging industries. Her goal is to enhance our understanding of the challenges and opportunities unique to emerging industries, offering insights that go beyond traditional market-oriented approaches.
