Yvonne Reif has been working at the Center for Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation since 2020. She is primarily responsible for the programme management of the Social Innovation and Management Programme as well as the Civil Society Leadership Programme for Ukraine. In addition, she supports the MEGA Academy growth programme in organisational and administrative matters.

Prior to this, Yvonne Reif worked in project development and project management at the internationally active NGO Women without Borders, with a thematic focus on education and empowerment projects.

She also worked as a pedagogical staff member in an education project focused on integration and migration. In this role, she was involved in the conception, development and management of a digital learning platform and designed and delivered workshops for teachers.

She brings further experience in marketing, project management and funding advisory services from her long-standing work in a Vienna-based tax and management consulting firm.
