Denise Alessia Steger

Denise Alessia Steger is part of the Center for Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation since 2026. At the Center, she supports the Social Impact Award programme, contributing to programme delivery, communication and the evaluation of its impact on young social entrepreneurs.

She has an extensive background in entrepreneurship and innovation, with experience across the startup ecosystem, including roles at Pioneers, the Youth Entrepreneurship Week and in her own venture. Her work focuses on supporting early-stage founders, facilitating workshops and translating ideas into practical formats.

Denise holds a BSc in International Business Administration from WU Vienna, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Alongside her work, she is currently studying Theatre, Film and Media Studies at the University of Vienna, driven by her interest in storytelling, culture and the role of media in shaping societal change.
