Impact measurement: full success or empty promises

On October 2, 2018, the event "Um 6 im Kreis 5" (At 6 in District 5) on the topic of impact measurement took place at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in Switzerland.

Under the specific title "Impact measurement: full success or empty promises?" four keynote speeches were held by Olivia Rauscher (NPO & SE Competence Center, WU Vienna), Konstantin Kehl (ZHAW), Rainer Mirsch (Brüggli, CH) and Gregor Tönnissen (Maßnahmenzentrum Uitikon, CH). After the opportunity for questions and comments from the audience, an informal part was held.

Afterwards there was still the opportunity for interested people to participate in a case workshop. Christian Grünhaus ( previously Schober, NPO & SE Competence Centre) and Volker Then (Centre for Social Investment and Innovation) presented two concrete use cases of impact measurement. A lively and interesting discussion between the lecturers and the participants concluded the evening.
