Research Talk by Cait Lamberton, University of Pittsburgh (US)

14/12/2017

"Stranger Danger: When and Why Consumer Dyads Behave Less Ethically than Individuals" was a little gem in this semester’s Research Seminar Series. Cait Lamberton offered us insights from her recent research on joint ethical decison making in dyads (i.e., pairs of individuals) and role social boding plays in such situations. As a take-away from her great presentation we note that under certain circumstances bonding makes us more likely to cheat and to behave unethical. The seminar room was full and many questions were asked, showing a vivid interest for the subject.
