For simple questions about language learning, tandems, and materials, our helpdesk is available directly at the Language Learning Center or by email at lrc@wu.ac.at. During the semester, the helpdesk is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. In February, July, August, and September, it is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The help desk is staffed by Language Learning Center employees and, at certain times, by student employees.
