Dozzen - AI-powered content engine to scale E-commerce’s product launches

24/07/2026

Winter Semester 2025/26 / Dozzen

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Dozzen is an AI-powered content engine that helps product-heavy e-commerce brands scale and accelerate product launches across digital channels. Although these teams invest heavily in product photography, descriptions, and structured data, many struggle to turn these assets into emotionally engaging, multi-channel launch content at speed – resulting in limited product visibility despite strong offerings. Dozzen transforms product data, visual assets, and brand guidelines into coordinated, emotion-first launch content for social media, ads, product pages, and email within a single workflow. By automating repetitive creation and platform-specific adaptation while preserving brand voice, Dozzen enables marketing teams to launch faster, promote more SKUs, and retain strategic creative control.

Because every product deserves a unique launch.

Goal

The project’s goal was to build a scalable tech startup that functions as a core marketing infrastructure for product-heavy e-commerce brands. Dozzen’s vision is to turn every product into an emotionally compelling, multi-channel story, and its mission is to enable lean teams to generate brand-consistent, emotion-driven launch content at speed and scale using a single AI content engine.

Methodology

The project was developed using the Lean Startup methodology (Eric Ries), following a continuous Build–Measure–Learn loop. Across five iterations of the Business Model Canvas, the team combined desk research, industry reports, social media analysis, and semi-structured interviews to test assumptions and refine the target market. Each iteration led to validated pivots, and insights from real workflows directly shaped product features, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Results

Initial tests show that Dozzen can save 40+ hours per month for marketing teams by automating repetitive content creation and adaptation tasks. The platform is functional, running with a working MVP, and has generated concrete interest from potential clients within the target segment. Early feedback confirms the relevance of the emotion-first approach, the importance of brand-voice consistency, and the value of a single engine that supports multi-channel product launches.
