Many young teachers feel overwhelmed when starting their careers and would like more support, according to a study commissioned by the Vienna Chamber of Labor (AK) and conducted under the direction of Prof. Erna Nairz.

In order to make it easier for them to start their careers and prevent them from leaving the profession quickly, there is a particular need for more practical training before and better support when starting out in the profession. (APA/Red)
