In the course "Marketing Consulting Project" students gain marketing knowledge by carrying out a consulting project with interesting project partners (e.g. Vienna Opera). Starting with a kick-off event, students become familiar with the problems of the company. The course content takes place in a team and includes a more detailed elaboration of the problem, development of the research design (focus groups, surveys, etc.), planning and implementation of the research project, analysis of the data and a final presentation of results with recommendations for action at the project partner. The practical nature of the course helps students to strengthen their qualitative and quantitative methodological knowledge and is a good preparation for their future professional life.
