In a shifting business paradigm, sustainability has gone from an afterthought to an integral aspect of business decisionmaking and leadership structures. In this video, Katerina has a conversation with Lars Maydell about what this shift means for the future of leadership. Lars draws on his more than thirteen years of experience in executive coaching and career counselling to senior leaders across 20+ countries to describe how leadership has shifted from a fear-based, top-down structure to a shared responsibility, linking teams from different geographies and life experiences. The conversation also addresses the new business leadership landscape and the implications it has for the future of sustainable leadership, ending with words of advice for the new generation of leaders.
