From October 11 to 13, Renate Meyer, Stephan Leixnering, and Martin Kornberger welcomed a total of 29 executives from the Danish public sector as well as five representatives of the City of Vienna to the Strategy and Practice Event at WU Vienna. The event, organized in cooperation with Copenhagen Business School (CBS), was held under the umbrella of “Wiener Weg: Responses to Climate Change” and combined scientific lectures by members of the Research Institute for Urban Management and Governance with practical contributions from representatives of the City of Vienna, discussions and case study work by the participants, as well as a number of excursions – each related to the umbrella theme.
