Discussion with the ERINNERN:AT network Vienna

On October 13, 2025, Judith Kohlenberger took part in an event organized by the ERINNERN:AT Network Vienna at Depot. Following a lecture by historian Christine Oertel on displaced persons camps in Vienna and an exhibition on Jewish flight through the Salzburg Alps in 1947, she joined Jasmin Koch (Verein Fremde werden Freunde) and people with refugee experience to discuss historical continuities and current questions of integration. The event connected remembrance work with contemporary migration research and highlighted that questions of dignified reception and successful integration transcend generations.
