Volkshilfe Wien, Teach for Austria, the Research Institute for Migration and Refugee Studies and Management (FORM), the Association for the History of the Labor Movement, the Institute for Contemporary History at the University of Innsbruck, Central European University (CEU), and MUSMIG (Museum of Migration) invite submissions of short, accessible articles on the history of migration in Austria from the mid-19th century to the present, which present research findings in a way that is accessible to a broad audience, both within and outside of schools. The aim is to illustrate how migration has shaped Austrian society and identity and how a sense of belonging can be strengthened in a diverse Austria.
