Management in NPOs

Same same but different - this is how one could summarize the discussion about the specifics of management in NPOs. In many respects, the distinction between companies and NPOs in terms of management is insignificant; it is more a question of whether the organization is large or small, or of areas of activity, etc. In some respects, however, there are major differences, for example with regard to the management of volunteers or with regard to forms of financing. Also discussed is the question of how much management is good for NPOs at all. The increasing managerialism or business management in NPOs is thus also critically questioned throughout.

We accompany NPOs in management issues in various forms, be it in strategy processes, in the context of job satisfaction surveys, in management training, etc.
