Project to develop an impact model as well as impact indicators for the purpose of an ongoing impact analysis of the PATRIZIA Foundation.

[Translate to English:] Logo PCF

The PATRIZIA Children Foundation (PCF) was founded in 1999 as the PATRIZIA KinderHaus Foundation to provide children all over the world with education and thus a self-determined life. In the meantime, 17 PATRIZIA Children Centers have been implemented worldwide, where this vision is to become reality. These projects are not built by PCF itself, but by local partner organizations that also ensure the operation of the centers, which is contractually fixed for a period of 25 years. A large part of the construction costs (max. 75%) are covered by the PCF, while the operating costs are financed by the partner organization.

In the course of the further development and professionalization of the foundation, an impact measurement of the realized projects is established. Accordingly, a generally valid impact model based on the foundation's concept will be developed in the course of the project. Based on this, in further steps, the central impacts will be concretized and their (ongoing) measurement will be carried out by means of suitable indicators.
