A1 internet for everyone

In autumn 2011, A1 launched the project "A1 Internet for All" in the context of which population groups who are unable to obtain technical Internet access and/or the necessary skills themselves are to be given appropriate support.

The Competence Center for Nonprofit Organizations and Social Entrepreneurship conducted an accompanying evaluation of this project from the very beginning.

Using a mix of qualitative as well as quantitative survey methods, the evaluation will focus in particular on the assessment of satisfaction and the effects of the training measures on the media competence of the participants. A further focus is on the satisfaction and benefit of employees and cooperation partners. The evaluation of the workshop concepts is an additional focus.

The aim of the evaluation is to accompany the process of the project and to provide continuous feedback in order to ensure a successful course of the project and to actively contribute to the project development.

A selection of the results of the annual evaluation can be found in the Telekom Austria Group's so-called "combined annual report".
