Development of an Impact Model for the OeAD’s “Education and Society” Department

In spring 2026, the OeAD commissioned the Center for Nonprofit Organizations and Social Impact to develop an impact model for the department "Education and Society." This includes the five areas of Public Science, Cultural Mediation, Digital Learning, Holocaust Education, and Team Projects Initiatives Education (PinG), with a particular focus on their programs and the resulting impacts. Based on a stakeholder analysis, impact value chains are created for the most important target groups and consolidated into an overall impact model. The project is expected to be completed by November 2026.
