Stephanie Huber works at the intersection of inclusive transformation, organisational development, and digital change. She holds a degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology, with study and research experience in Austria, the Netherlands and Ghana.

With several years of experience in Europe and Ghana, she supports organisations, networks, and innovation ecosystems in structurally embedding Gender, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and translating these into concrete practice.

She is committed to building bridges across actors, sectors, and contexts, and to shaping transformation processes that take diverse lived realities into account and address structural inequalities.

Her approach is shaped by co-creation and intercultural collaboration, with a strong focus on strengthening inclusive and human-centred systems. Her goal is to contribute to inclusive futures in which diverse forms of knowledge are valued and systems, technologies, and organisations take responsibility for people, society, and the environment.

Most recently, she worked on a programme promoting inclusive digital transformation and entrepreneurship in Ghana, collaborating closely with innovation hubs, networks, civil society, and actors from government institutions and public sector organisations.
