WU Master's in Quantitative Finance Takes Top Spot in Program Rankings

We are pleased that our Master’s program in Quantitative Finance achieved an outstanding ranking in the QS Master’s in Finance Rankings 2027.

In the latest QS Business Master’s Degree Rankings 2027, all five participating WU master’s degree programs rank among the top 30 worldwide in their respective categories. 

International Competition Has Increased Significantly

“Our master’s programs compete internationally to offer education at a high academic level with a clear international focus. The fact that all five ranked programs are among the top 30 worldwide in the QS rankings confirms the strength of our master’s offerings. At the same time, the Shanghai Ranking shows that WU also has international visibility in the core fields of economics and social sciences,” says WU Rector Rupert Sausgruber. The results of the QS Business Master’s Rankings should be viewed against the backdrop of a significantly expanded field of participants. In four of the five categories, approximately 20 to 40 additional programs were included compared to the previous year; in the marketing ranking, the number was as high as 50.
