As part of the course Educational Sciences II, a small group of students accompanied by Ms. Weiß and Mr. Wahl (German studies teacher training at the University of Salzburg; focus on Holocaust literature) visited the Viktor Frankl Museum in Vienna on Friday, September 4, 2020, for a voluntary study trip.

The study trip was organized due to the students' interest in humanistic development theories, especially Viktor Frankl's worldview and teachings. In addition to a thematic introduction by Ms. Weiß on Frankl's life and work and on logotherapy, Mr. Wahl briefly presented Frankl's works from his time in concentration camps. There was also a small activation exercise with the students (see picture below). Afterwards, there was a discussion outdoors and the excursion was rounded off with a cozy get-together.
