This year's ERC and ECER Conference in Yerevan, Armenia - organized by the European Educational Research Association (EERA) and thus also Europe's largest educational research conference - was held under the motto: "Education in a Changing World: The impact of global realities on the prospects and experiences of educational research". The Education Sciences Group was represented with a presentation at the ERC (Emerging Researcher Conference).

Sabine Weiß presented her dissertation entitled "Sense of Belonging of Working-class Students at Universities".
