Service units

Increasing digitalization is also changing demands on WU service unit staff members. As part of its digitalization strategy, WU plans to address these demands by providing user-friendly processes and self-service tools, digitalizing analog processes, upping the level of automation, providing constant access to data at all times and from anywhere, and offering applications that span departments and processes.

The IT architecture that supports the daily cooperation among administrative staff, researchers, and students will be evaluated in view of realizing a “digital WU” by 2030.
