This case study uses business modeling to understand the project Kultur-Token and serves as a strategic tool for both the management team as well as external stakeholders. The report documents the process of development of the Kultur-Token, describes it’s purpose and features, the goals and stakeholders involved until the suspension of the test phase at the end of march 2020, as the Covid-19 pandemic restricted both mobility and culturalactivities.
