Registration via the conference tool

To register for the conference use the conftool link for the EARNet 2025:

The deadline for the early-bird registration is Thursday, July 15th, the deadline for standard registration is Thursday, September 4th.

Registration fee for the Conference

The conference fee includes access to the program, papers, and conference, including coffee breaks, lunches, the opening reception, and the conference dinner.

Students whose paper is accepted for plenary presentation in the PhD workshop get a conference fee waiver.

Participation at the PhD workshop and participation at the Early-to-Mid Career Workshops does not incur additional fees.
