Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Professor Tima Bansal to our Female Scholar program for an insightful talk on “Managing a Pipeline”.

Tima Bansal is a Professor of Sustainability and Strategy at the Ivey Business School, Western University (Canada). During her talk, she offered junior female scholars practical advice on managing multiple projects, establishing personal routines, and building strong peer networks. The Female Scholar Program provides a unique platform for early-career female scholars at WU and partner institutions to connect with international academics and explore topics such as navigating an academic career, expanding professional networks, and achieving work-life balance.
