On January 12, 2026, the Health and Social Policy Specialization made a strong impression at WU’s Spezialisierungsmesse, hosted by the Hochschülerinnenschaft (ÖH) in the Learning Center. Represented by Marcel Bilger and Ulrike Schneider, the specialization attracted a wave of eager prospective students. Visitors engaged deeply, exploring admissions details, career pathways, and the diverse course offerings, both in German and English - reflecting the program’s international appeal.

In response to this surge in interest, WU has expanded its intake for the Winter Term 2026, increasing admissions from 34 to 40 students. This growth underscores the specialization’s rising prominence and the university’s commitment to meeting student demand in this dynamic field.
