Dr. Oh, Youn Joo

Dr. Oh has extensive experience leading and advising national and international projects that apply quantitative methods across the social sciences, mental health, and public health. Her work focuses on translating rigorous statistical and measurement approaches into actionable evidence for research, policy, and practice. Her projects have been supported through grants and contracts from organizations including UNICEF, the U.S. Institute of Education Sciences (IES), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), among others. Dr. Oh completed postdoctoral training in statistics, measurement, outcome research, and evaluation, and earned her doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California (USA). She also holds professional certificates in Business Analytics (Harvard Business School) and in visual data mining, machine learning, applied analysis, and data manipulation/analytics using SAS Viya, SAS Enterprise Miner, and other SAS Institute programs.
