The VC Analyst Program is your opportunity to build real investing skills, not by reading about deals, but by doing the work investment analysts do: sourcing and analyzing real deals, debating investment cases, and presenting recommendations to real investors and WU Ignite Ventures.

What you’ll take away:

Practice-oriented VC education

Learn venture capital the way it works, not through theory, but through real decision-making. A rigorous curriculum led by WU Ignite Ventures and industry partners gives you a solid foundation in sourcing, due diligence, market sizing, competitive analysis, deal logic, and investment decision-making.
You build the core analytical toolkit expected from analysts at top VC firms.

Hands-on experience in real deals

You won’t work on simulations: you’ll work on real early-stage opportunities. As an analyst, you scout founders on campus and in the ecosystem, run first conversations, analyze markets and teams, and become fully integrated into the live investment process of WU Ignite Ventures. You produce real investment memos with defendable recommendations and participate in weekly IC-style debates.

Exposure & access to the ecosystem

Get direct access to leading VC funds, investors, founders, and domain experts. Through workshops, mentoring, fireside sessions, and IC participation, you build a strong professional network. This visibility, combined with real deal experience, helps you gain credibility, signal readiness to the VC ecosystem, and join a selective early-talent community.
