125 Years of Real Estate Prices in Vienna: Can we still afford housing? Lecture and discussion on November 12th at the Library and Learning Center (WU).

Vienna is considered a stable and socially responsible housing market with strong public influence and a high rental rate. Despite this, housing is becoming increasingly expensive. What role did regulation and access to property play in this? What do price increases mean for financial market stability, affordability, and Vienna's international attractiveness? And are there any lessons to be learned from history?
