Arjay Dineros is a PhD candidate in Sustainable Development and Climate Change at the University School for Advanced Studies IUSS Pavia and the University of Bari, Italy, and a PhD Scholarship recipient of the 2025 Global Challenges in Transport Leadership Programme of the University of Oxford’s Transport Studies Unit.He previously served as a specialist at the Partnership on Sustainable, Low Carbon Transport where he engaged in communication management initiatives and co-authored chapters for the Transport, Climate and Sustainability Global Status Report – 3rd Edition and has also worked as a consultant for Asian Development Bank and USAID’s Protect Wildlife and Safe Water Activity projects.Arjay holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy from the Central European University and a member of European Alliance for Technology Development, American Statistical Association and the Italian Society of Transport and Logistics Economists.
