This social enterprise on Lake Constance has been doing outstanding work for children, teenagers, and families in difficult life situations for two centuries. Olivia Rauscher had the privilege of delivering the keynote speech! The topic was: “Performance or Impact Society: What Difference Does Every Euro Invested in Youth Welfare Make?” The discussion focused on the societal impacts of youth work, challenges, and future perspectives.

Many dedicated individuals from politics, church, business, and social services were present – including Social Minister Manne Lucha, Mayor Michael Beck, State Councilor Stefan Bär, and Bishop Ernst-Wilhelm Gohl. A strong sign of the importance of this work!
