MEGA Academy kicks-off the second round

On January 19, 2022, MEGA Academy started its second round with a Kick-Off and Leadership Circle.


With the Leadership & Scaling Program of MEGA Academy, the MEGA Bildungsstiftung supports the further development of 17 educational projects and initiatives beyond the financial resources with management know-how, networking as well as information and experience exchange. MEGA Academy offers the founders and executives specific training on growth and scaling, as well as the opportunity to further advance the visibility and dialogue on new educational concepts in Austria in discussions with gatekeepers and decision-makers.

With MEGA Academy, the TOP 8 Projects 2021 in the category "Business Literacy for Everyday Life" and other selected educational organizations are supported with know-how in the implementation of growth plans.

Furthermore the following selected educational projects are participating in the growth program: Clara Mrkos from Entrepreneurship Week, Arkadi Jeghiazaryan from Amlogy, Hanna Gegenhuber from Agent:Lehrkraft, Janet Kuschert from Sindbad, Goran Maric from Three Coins, Gabi Wagner from Salzburg Begreifen, Dorith Salvarani-Drill from Freispiel, Jana Ganzmann from Impact Hub Tirol and Peter Wesely from Sag's Multi. 

In this year's MEGA Academy there are two program levels:

  • Leadership Circle: The Leadership Circle is specifically designed for founders or members of the first management level of the respective initiatives. Within the framework of three modules, the Leadership Circle provides space and time to further develop one's own leadership competencies.

  • Capacity Labs: The 5 Capacity Labs will focus on the development of scaling know-how and management skills. Topics include fundraising, media relations, and impact measurement.

In addition, each project/initiative will have the opportunity to take advantage of expert coaching sessions to spend an hour with an expert on topics such as tax law, social media, community building, and more. Sparring sessions with selected promoters complete the offer.
