WU Vienna intends to offer a post-doc fellowship for women to be positioned at the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization. We invite expressions of interest for the fellowship with a starting date around September 2017.

WU Vienna intends to offer a post-doc fellowship for women to be positioned at the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization. We invite expressions of interest for the fellowship with a starting date around September 2017. Terms of employment include a duration of six years and reduced teaching load.

Prospective candidates should hold or be very close to receiving their PhD degree, with demonstrated potential and willingness to publish top-level research and achieve teaching excellence. Proficiency in English and German is required. Responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, conducting and publishing research in top tier journals, and service to the Institute’s academic activities.

The research and teaching area at the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organization is focused on technology (management) and innovation (management) at the interface with strategy and organization design. This includes for example themes like new organizational forms for innovation, open innovation, incentives and innovation, crowdsourcing, digital innovation and innovation platforms, or business model innovation.
