The editors, Manfred Berger and Arnold Schuh, are the initiators and co-organizers of the Grow East Congress series. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Congress, they collected the contributions and presentations of the speakers in a book. The theme of the 10th Grow East Congress in 2019 was “What is Central and Eastern Europe’s role in Europe: Where is the region heading?”. The authors cover topics such as the political development, investment needs, economic development paths, digitalization and human resource trends.
