Bringing growth back - Time to rethink the business strategies for Central and Eastern Europe

11/10/2023

Grow East Congress 2023, November 14, 2023, Conference Center of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Wiedner Hauptstrasse 63, 1040 Vienna (+ Live-Streaming)

The 14th Grow East Congress is dedicated to the question of how the emerging economies of Central and Eastern Europe can successfully continue their catch-up process. Recently, crises have dampened consumption and investment. The previous economic model with its focus on low production costs is coming under pressure from enormous cost increases and a shortage of labor. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has presented companies operating in the two countries with difficult decisions and led to the rethinking of their presence and supply chains. Security is suddenly becoming more important in Europe. The energy crisis is forcing the search for new sources of supply and leading to a boom in renewable energies.

Crises are an opportunity to question previous strategies and business models. And to drive forward digitalization as well as the shift to a sustainable economy and make societies more resilient. As always, some countries and companies succeed better than others. The 14th Grow East Congress centers on these topics.

Keynoter speakers are:
