Instruction for Oral Presentation

  • Presentations should last 15 minutes max. and are followed by a 5 minutes discussion.

  • Four presentations comprise a session of 90 minutes and are moderated by a chair person. Please make sure you know in which session you present.

  • All presentations are held in English.

For on-site presenters:
  • Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive, as a computer will be provided in each room. There is no possibility to connect your laptop. Please note that there are no Macintosh computers available.

  • Upload your presentation before the start of your session. For this, please be in the room 10-15 minutes before the start of your session.

  • Share the screen so all online participants will also be able to see your presentation.

  • Try to stay captured by the camera to be visible also for the online audience.

For online presenters:
  • Log into your session 10-15 minutes before it starts and keep your presentation ready. You will find the Zoom links in Conftool in the conference agenda in the next days.

  • Also send your presentation to the conference organizers at congress2022@euprera.org until September 20th. This is in case you may encounter technical problems with sharing.

Instructions for slides
  • Prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format.

  • For a 15 minutes presentation you should prepare a maximum of 12 slides (including introduction and end slide).

  • Be sure that all slides follow the same layout.

  • Do not provide too detailed content.

  • Do not use too many animations.

  • Use graphs and pictures instead of tables and words.
