In the panel discussion “AI: A Controversial Topic! – How Is AI Changing Your Entry into the Workforce?”, HR and AI experts will have an open discussion about how artificial intelligence is changing job application processes and everyday work life, and what that means for you and your career. The panel will feature employers who are particularly sought after by WU students, as well as independent experts:

Ulrike Potocki, Head of Learning Strategy at Raiffeisen
Katharina Kubik, HR Partner at Freshfields
Lukas Kölbl, Managing Director of AI & Data at Accenture
Isabell Hametner, HR consultant with extensive experience in the consumer goods sector
Raphael Gottweis, researcher at WU Vienna

The discussion will be moderated by Prof. Thomas Grisold (WU Vienna).

To kick things off, Raphael Gottweis will give a keynote presentation and share insights into the latest research findings on how AI is transforming the Austrian job market.
Afterward, you’ll have the chance to ask your questions directly and chat with the speakers over snacks and drinks.
