Course IV

Moral Leadership (4 ECTS)

This course focuses on core concepts and capacities to understand and enact moral leadership in organizations and society. It introduces fundamentals of power and attention and delves into different moral approaches to leadership (“ethical”, “authentic”, and “servant”) and related practices for capacity-building. Students will think critically and reflect personally about moral leadership in organizations and society.
