The famous Wiener Schnitzel

The conference dinner at Luftburg takes place on Thursday at 8 pm.

Luftburg is located in the large recreational area called Prater which can be reached by a 10-minutes walk from the conference venue. You will sit in a naturally shaded guest garden and enjoy Austrian cuisine. Luftburg calls itself the largest certified organic restaurant in the world. The restaurant offers high-quality ingredients from different regions in Austria and dishes represent a variety of typical Austrian food.

The dinner is €48 per person and can be booked when registering online.

Lunches are included in the conference fee.

Lunch on Wednesday at "Das Campus" (opposite of the Teaching Centre): Main course: Boeuf Bourguignon with mashed potatoes or pumpkin stew with chickpeas and rice; dessert: Brownie with fruits or tiramisu with strawberry sauce
Lunch on Thurday at "Mensa" (in the Teaching Centre): weekly changing menu; drinks on the tables; you will find a voucher in your delegate pack; tables reserved for IMM21
Lunch on Friday at "Finn'" (at the Eastern entrance of WU campus): Main course: Butter chicken with basmati rice or beet gnocchi in gorgonzola sauce with ruccola or vegan chickpea & spinach ragout with bulgur mix

Outstanding architecture and open spaces for a young, urban place – the Campus of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, completed in 2013, sets new standards in Europe in the construction of universities. In accordance with a master plan by BUSarchitektur, six architecture firms (Atelier Hitoshi Abe/Sendai, CRABstudio/London, Estudio Carme Pinós/Barcelona, NO.MAD Arquitectos/Madrid and Zaha Hadid Architects/Hamburg) realized one building in their respective formal vocabularies.

This tour will be offered during the lunch break on Thursday and it will take about one hour.

Participation is free of charge. Registration at the registration desk upon arrival.
