3rd International Growth in Transition Conference: How Constraints Make Us Grow – Society in Transition, February 22 to 24.

We are increasingly developing a fuller picture of the natural limits and constraints of our planet. So what is keeping us from changing our lifestyle and our economic activities to make them more sustainable? We are looking forward to interesting talks on this topic by such distinguished speakers as Tim Jackson (Professor of Sustainable Development, University of Surrey), Sigrid Stagl (ecological economist, WU), Hans Herren (winner of the Right Livelihood Award, Millennium Institute), Martine Durand (Chief Statistician of the OECD), Gerald Hüther (Professor of Neurobiology, University of Göttingen), and many
others.
