Knowing how to deal with diversity plays an essential part in today’s society. There is everywhere a call for “inclusiveness”, “intercultural competence” and efficient “diversity management”. In the seminar, key concepts related to racism, diversity, inclusiveness, etc. are critically discussed. The main aim of the workshop is to challenge the participants’ knowledge of different cultural information and explore how diversity works in practice. The short lectures take place between the various activities (cooperative work, discussions, presentations and practical training). A key objective is: learning by doing.
