The course provides an Introduction to Operations Management (OM) with a focus on manufacturing industries but also including examples from service industries. The basics of Process- and Inventory Management as well as Supply Chain Planning are introduced. The following topics are covered.
The content will be mainly discussed based on the selected chapters from "Cachon , G. and Terwiesch , C. (2020) Operations Management. McGrawHill , 2nd edition". |
