Mastering the important basics of writing a Master thesis with a focus on:
- Research proposal and academic writing
- Understanding and application of various research designs (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Critical evaluation and discussion of theoretical foundations and extant academic studies
- In-depth study of core topics from the ExInt Master's program with a focus on the management of employees in international SMEs
