Students will be able
- to know the contents of proven communication methods, such as Schulz von Thun's communication square, the axioms of Watzlawick's communication, the non-violent communication of Rosenberg and the active listening of Gordon, and to implement them in different situations,
- to recognize communication patterns at the interlocutor and to react adequately,
- to recognize and change the own communication patterns,
- to recognize and influence disruptions of effective communication,
- to take an active position in the conflict,
- to prevent a conflict escalation with the aid of the learned communication models.
