The aim of the course is to understand theoretically the basics in business valuation as well as their practice-oriented application. The valuation methods are first developed theoretically and applied to concrete case studies. |

After completing the courses, students should be able

| Regelung zur Anwesenheit: | ||
Full attendance is mandatory. This means that the students should attend at least 80% of all sessions, at most one session may be missed |

| Lehr-/Lerndesign: | ||
The interactive course supports and promotes the understanding of theoretical knowledge by means of practical application. In the first part of the course, the theoretical basics are taught by lecture by the course leader. This basic part is concluded with an intermediate exam. In the second part of the course, a business valuation is carried out in small groups and then presented. |

| Leistung(en) für eine Beurteilung: | ||
The assessment of the course is based on an intermediate exam (40%), business valuation report (40%) and the group presentation of the business valuation (20%). |
