Lernergebnisse (Learning Outcomes): | ||
After successful completion, students should: Have knowledge of the different models which have influenced the narrative around sustainability in HRM. Have an overview of the background of the Common-Good perspective. Be able to explain and define different (economic, ethical) definitions of the Common-Good. Have an understanding of the development of the new CGHRM paradigm. Be able to show how this has impacted the Sustainable HRM debate and in relation to the SDGs. Have the confidence to hold a discussion about alternative and critical approaches towards Sustainable HRM. Understand how a CGHRM paradigm can be implemented in everyday HRM practice in organizations. |

To ensure maximum learning benefit and participation, the course is designed around the following methodology components. Analysis of relevant literature. Feedback from peers. Practice-Input from guests and case-studies. Joint exercises, discussions, teamwork and group presentations. Self-reflection and individual coursework.
