Contents:

Methodological positioning of gender and diversity research, critical reflection of scientific work with regard to gender and diversity assumptions; presentation of dissertation projects on the current status; participation in the PHD seminar of the department

Learning Outcomes:

In this course, students will learn how to work scientifically on gender and diversity research at an organizational level and learn about scientific discourse. After completing the course, students will be able to situate their own academic work theoretically, conceptually, methodologically and methodically.

Attendance requirements:

Continuous attendance is required.

Teaching/learning method(s):

Lectures, literature study, presentations, individual and group work

Assessment:

1. Fulfillment of the individual work: Literature research; reflection text (40%)

2. Presentation status quo of your own dissertation project (30%)

3. Collaboration (30%)

Prerequisites:

Dissertation project on gender or diversity issues
